Glow Over Waco 5K & Fun Run

As a part of the Eclipse Over Texas weekend, celebrate with an electrifying evening of fun downtown at the Glow Over Waco 5K & Fun Run located at Indian Springs Park on April 6! This event is a prelude to the spectacular total eclipse set to amaze on April 8th. Get ready to light up the night as you run through a course illuminated by neon glow sticks, vibrant LED lights, and the anticipation of an upcoming celestial show. Wear your brightest neon attire, and let’s make this evening shine as brightly as the stars themselves!

5K | 8 pm: Paved concrete start, then continue onto the sidewalk all the way to the bridgeway crossing where the finish line will be

Fun Run | 7:30 pm: 1 mile on paved concrete 

All proceeds from this event will benefit the non-profit Greater Waco Sports Commission, which is devoted to providing opportunities to enhance the lives of those living in Waco and McLennan County through sport and exercise.
