You’re invited to the ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house to celebrate the opening of the newly-renovated Doris Miller Community Center on Elm Avenue. The ceremony will begin at 10 am, followed by an open house event featuring free food, self-guided tours of the facility, and activities for kids. This is a great opportunity to check out the center, meet the staff, and learn more about the programming and activities that will be available.
(Operations from the current Bledsoe-Miller Community Center will transfer to the renovated Doris Miller facility on July 3, which will allow Bledsoe-Miller to be renovated as a future “STEAM” center for community education in science, technology, engineering, art, and math.)
