Santa Claus Is Boating To Town: A Holiday Celebration For Families

TEMPLE, TX (Nov 27, 2024) – Families are invited to join Freedom Boat Club of North Central Texas for a holiday celebration, ‘Santa Claus is Boating To Town,’ taking place on Sunday, December 8th, from 2-4 PM, at North Point Marina. Guests can enjoy photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, hot cocoa, cookie decorating, and free boat rides in exchange for a toy or gift card donation to brighten the holidays for local children in need. 

“We’re excited to make this holiday season brighter for families in our community,” said Cindy Falbo, owner of Freedom Boat Club of North Central Texas. “This event combines festive fun with a meaningful opportunity to give back, and we can’t wait to see families come together to spread holiday cheer.”

This event is hosted in partnership with Circles of Care, The Folded Owl, and North Point Marina, whose shared mission is to create opportunities for families to connect while supporting the community. Toy or gift card donations are encouraged to benefit children ages 0-15, helping bring joy and brighten the holidays for kids in need.

“Families deserve opportunities to create meaningful memories together, and we’re thrilled to host an event where kids can meet Santa, enjoy treats, and give back to children in need,” Falbo added.
