The City of Waco Solid Waste Department is celebrating America Recycles Day by hosting Scrap Tire Collection Day on Saturday, November 16th, from 7 am – 12 pm at 501 Schroeder Drive!
This day gives Wacoans the opportunity to recycle old tires while removing a health hazard from our environment. The environmental impact is more than removing ugly piles of tires.
Scrap tires are ideal breeding ground for mosquitoes, rodents, and other impacts.
All scrap tires will be RECYCLED and not sent to the landfill!
This event is only for City of Waco residents.
