The big eclipse is less than a month away! Start studying the sky now by joining our Star Party. Our friends from the Central Texas Astronomical Society will be here to present a beginner’s guide to astronomy and the solar system. Following the presentation, everyone will go outside for the Star Party, in which they can observe the stars, Jupiter, and the moon through a telescope. While viewing the stars, our the CTAS expert will highlight the constellations through a constellation tour and answer questions. This program is free and open to the public.
We will have a limited amount of eclipse glasses available for program attendees. Tickets will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis to be redeemed for one pair of eclipse glasses at the end of the program.
