The Brazos River Authority is hosting its first annual Trunk or Treat Halloween event on Tuesday, October 29, from 5 – 7 p.m. at its central office parking lot, 4600 Cobbs Drive in Waco.
Come show off your Halloween costume and grab some treats! Everyone is welcome!
